Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Buy with confidence because your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our no hassle, freight paid refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See the Return Process below

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including customized products, special orders, PPE and items that have been used or altered in any way.

Return Process: Request Return Authorization: Contact our customer service team at support@rmtindustrial.ca to describe the problem and request a Return.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, a copy of your receipt must be included. Address it to:

Shipping the Return: Let us know when it is ready and RMT will have our shipper pick it up at no charge to you. We do not pay the freight if another carrier is used.

Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, we will process the refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and let us know if you want a replacement.
