Shipping

Our website prices include freight paid to Sydney. Items can be picked up free at our warehouse. We also ship anywhere in the Maritimes at very reasonable rates. Drop shipments may qualify for free or reduced freight. Heavy weight, over sized and remote locations will affect shipping costs. We will notify you on your order update prior to billing.

You can choose free store pick up or courier delivery at check out.

You will receive an order update with estimated shipping dates. When you get an RMT login, you can make direct changes to your cart online. If you don’t have a login, phone or email us to change your order. Your payment system will not be charged until you approve the order.  

Returns and Refunds are available.

Damaged or Missing Freight

Orders leave our warehouse in good condition.  If your order arrives damaged or is missing we will be happy to help. First, please have the delivery driver add a damage or missing note to his documents.  RMT will need the following information: your invoice number, date of arrival, a description of what is missing or damaged, and related photos. Include at least one photo of the waybill sticker. Send the information to [email protected].
